Abstract

Vocational orientation in schools is a topic that has become increasingly important in  educational science discourse over the last 15 years Despite this, there are only limited studies on the conceptual implementation of careers guidance in schools in close co-operation with companies. The aim of this article is to close this gap to some extent by the concept of the weekly practical day in companies in the 7th and 8th year of the university school. and interviews with pupils on the implementation of the practical day are analysed.
